Q: How do sell my virtual/in-game currencies?

A: Login to your GameOtl Account (Don't have one? Register Now) and proceed to our Selling Page. Make a selection of the game and server of your choice. You are allowed to make to several orders consisting of different games and/or servers.

Q: What determines the value of game currencies?

A: Prices for game currency fluctuate according to the market's supply and demand. We would normally purchase high in demand currencies at higher than usual prices. Do keep yourself updated on your game/server currency from time to time, as we provide real time price updates for our buyback listings.

Q: How do I arrange for trade after placing an order?

A: Once your order is placed, and we will be providing you with our Character name on your buyback history module. Please kindly have your character logged into the game and ready for trade before you place your order so that we may expedite the process much more easily.

Q: What are the payment methods accepted?

A: Buyback payments will be made through the following payment methods:

You will have to create and register a payment account before you are able to receive any payment for buyback orders.

Q: When will my payment be made available?

A: Once the currency trade is complete, and your order moved to 'Completed', the payment will be made available to you within 15minutes***. The payment will be made available to you as withdrawable store credits and will be shown on your control panel.

Q: How do i use my withdrawable store credits?

A: Once you have withdrawable store credits available on your account, click on the 'Withdraw' option located in your control panel. You may then withdraw the store credits to the chosen payment account of your choice.

Q: I have a consistent supply of game currencies available, what do I do?

A: Contact us at workfeedback@hotmail.com if you are able to supply a large and consistent supply of game currencies to us. We welcome all who are able to supply us a constant supply of game currencies.

Terms and conditions

The Buyback service rendered are subjected to these Terms of Service with exclusion of any other terms and conditions, stipulated or referred to by the Seller. The Seller acknowledges that she/he is aware of the contents of and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Payments will be made from Monday to Friday between 2300 - 0500 CDT, payments requested outside these hours will be processed the next working day. You may choose any form of payment listed below:

Transfer of gold:

There are only 3 simple steps to selling your currency to GameOtl :

1. Select your game and the server / realm
2. Enter the amount of currency that you are selling
3. Confirm your submission and contact our Live Support operators for exchange

Our buyback offers are generated real time based on our stock movements as well as the most up to date market prices. So you should not wait if you find that our offers are high, it will not last very long. All offers will expire in 3 hours.

You acknowledge that GameOtl reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that GameOtl will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
