Customer Service : Delivery of Order
We understand the need for speed in completing your order and that is why we at GameOtl are always working on improving our delivery time. Getting the virtual items to you in a timely manner is our priority.
Order tracking
All orders are processed almost immediately when we receive your payment and you will be able to start tracking on the order until delivery is made by looking at your order history. Following are the order statuses for your order and what it means.
NOTE : Western Union and bank transfered payments are moved to PROCESSING right away skipping VERIFYING altogether. Click here for more information about these payments.
In-game Delivery
There are generally 2 modes of delivery for virtual currencies / items that you have bought from us, it's either in-game delivery or offline delivery. For in-game deliveries, you will need to contact our Live Support operators to arrange for a meeting in game so our delivery agents can hand you the currencies / items over a trade in-game.

Delivery time
Delivery time varies for each game and depending on availability of stock. For games such as World of Warcraft (delivered by in-game mail), delivery will take place as soon as your order passes verification and it is generally faster than other games that need in-game delivery.
We do not hold back on delivery for games that are in stock. If you find that you have waited for your delivery for more than 2 hours, you should first check your email for updates from GameOtl and make sure that you have not placed a pre-order.
Most orders are stuck undelivered because we were not able to contact you. So please do not hesitate to contact our support operators when you have not gotten your delivery.

Once your order is processed, delivery of your order will be made within 5 Minutes to 24hours time. You will be notified via email upon any updates on the delivery of your order.
Out of stock
This item is currently not in stock and is not available for order. You will have to come back in a day or two to check for its availability.
