While leveling your character:

  1. We will now adapt to a slightly lower pace of leveling (12 hours per day ) as not to attract unnecessary attentions from game masters in the game. As we do care about the well being of your account and the quality of the leveling service we need to take this precautionary step in expanse our sales but a quality leveling and satisfied customers is what GameOtl prioritizes and we do pledge for your understanding in this matter.
  2. Do refrain from logging into your account or retrieve your account password as this will trigger and attract game master's attention. This is so because if multiple IP address were to be found accessing the same account, it will lead to the account suspension and banning as should this be the case, we wouldn't be able to compensate you or assist you in retrieving your account. Should there be a need to log into your account, please do contact our 24/7 live support team and they will guide you through the account log in process.
  3. Do not in whatever circumstances log into your account. Should there be a need to log into your account, please do contact our 24/7 live support team and they will guide you through the proper process of accessing your account.
  4. Please make sure there is ample and enough bag slots for the character that is being leveled before submitting your account to us. Our levelers have a hard time deciding which item is important and which is not important and at times, we might need to sell off items to make place for new items gained throughout leveling and we might dispose off items that is of importance to you but not to our knowledge. So, to prevent this from happening, we strongly suggest that you follow our advice.
  5. We will NOT access or play with any of your other alternate characters beside the main character that is being power leveled and we will not be liable for any losses claimed should there be any issues. However, should there be any issues, please do contact us and we will work our best to investigate into it and assist you in solving the problem.
  6. Once we have confirmed that your order is done and completed, it is your responsibility to change the password to your account as we will not bear responsibilities on losses incurred after a 24 hours time frame from the time of completion.

Other Conditions:

Orders might take up to 24 hours for processing before our levelers start work on your character. After this 24 hours, the power leveling process should be finished within the quoted ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival/Delivery). However, please understand that due to the unpredictably of the actual power leveling process, sometimes (almost rarely) some orders might take a slightly extended period of time for completion.

If your password is changed during the leveling process, we will send you an email with a 24 hours time frame to your order as should we not received a reply by then, we reserve the rights to either cancel and partially refund you on the remaining unfinished levels or treat the order as done and completed.

For orders that are subjected to a 2 days testing period, we reserved the rights to cancel and fully refund the order should we not be able to execute the order due to in-game factors that is beyond our control.

For any complaints, please write in an email to workfeedback@hotmail.com and include proofs such as in-game screenshots to help us investigate the issue. Complaints without a before/after or present screenshots of the claim will take a longer time for us to investigate and we might not be able to help you in solving the issue but we will work our best.
