We are proud to be the first to introduce a Protection Plan for your World of Warcraft account that is being power-leveled by us. This plan is currently being offered for selected power-leveling packages only.
Cost of the plan will be $60 or 50% of the package price, whichever higher. The terms for this plan is simple and it is aimed at protecting your character that is being power-leveled from getting banned.

What the plan covers:
Account closure resulting for powerleveling the character. Once your account is confirmed banned, we will send you a CD key and TBC key (if applicable) so you can create another character for us to continue leveling.Compensations

- We will work on the newly created character until the desired level of the order
- Duration for the order will lengthen as we might reduce our leveling time per day.

Terms and Conditions:
- The Protection Plan only covers account closure resulting from power-leveling of the character
- This Plan is only available for a few selected WOW power-leveling packages. More will be added in the future.
- If proven that reason for account closure is due to actions of account's owner, the Protection Plan will be voided. There will be no compensations and premiums will not be refunded.
Q&A:
- After my account is banned, can I get a refund instead of you continuing with the leveling?
Yes. If you would prefer that, we will partially refund your order (minus premium) and compensate you with a WOW CD key and TBC key if applicable.
- Does the plan cover the value of the other characters in the account that has been banned?
No. The Protection Plan only covers the character that is being powerleveled and therefore, we always recommend that you always submit a new account for leveling.
- If my account was never banned during the course of leveling, do I get my premium back?
No. Premiums will not be refunded unless an order was canceled before work starts.
- Is signing up for this plan compulsory?
No. You will get an option to add this plan to your package before adding it to cart. However, you are highly recommended to purchase this plan (for packages that are offered) to protect your WOW account.
